How would you like to have more energy and feel young?

Do you want to know the best healthy foods to eat before they become popular?

Everyone is chasing the next superfood but the secret is a wide variety of natural whole foods. Because eating one or a few of even the best healthy foods every day will leave you deficient.

Each plant provides a unique blend of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, proteins, hormones, and phytochemicals.

For example, sulforaphane, found in cruciferous vegetables, is unique in that it activates your immune system.

All the benefits that plants provide are yet to be discovered. Don't wait for the next 'superfood' try something new.Click to Tweet

365 healthy foods to eat in a year challenge

The 365 healthy foods to eat in a year challenge means eating one different healthy food a day. You can eat as many healthy foods in a day as you want, but the goal is to check off 365 foods in one year. It may be impossible to try everything on this list in one year because some will be hard to track down depending on the season and where you live.

The idea is to try as many as you reasonably can. For instance, look for them at the grocery store and add a few new foods every week.

The healthy foods on this list that you already eat count towards your total. So once you check them off you can try something else. Who knows, you may find your new favorite food.

I’ve excluded animal products with the exception of bee products. I’ve also excluded processed foods, everything on this list is in its whole food form. Use them in recipes, smoothies, or eat them raw if they don’t need to be cooked. This list is meant only as a guide, a list of foods to research and try. Please make sure you are not allergic to any food and make sure that they do not interfere with your medications.

The list is still growing, so if you can’t find enough this year keep checking back. And if you’ve found something that is not in this list please share it in the comments.

Best Way to Get Healthy Foods in One Serving

  • The easiest way to get the healthiest greens in one serving is the Green Formula by Wild Force. This product has dozens of wild plants loaded with nutrients. The greens you buy in the market are grown in nutrient depleted soil, picked unripe, and oxidize before you eat them.
  • The best source of protein I’ve found is Super Plant Protein by Wild Force. This contains dozens of the best absorbable proteins in the world. “Most proteins do not absorb well. The total amount of protein per serving is not as important as how much of it actually absorbs into the body.” explains Markus Rothcranz, “Other protein powders constipate, proving they aren’t absorbing, just turning into cement in the digestive tract.”
  • The easiest way to get vitamin C and antioxidants is Vitamin C Powder by Wild Force. This product is sourced from wild plants with the highest sources of vitamin C in the world.
  • These three products will add about 60 rare healthy foods to eat in one serving. As soon as I started using the Green Formula, Super Plant Protein, and Vitamin C Powder I had more energy and felt younger.
  • Wild Force by Markus Rothcranz is the only supplements I use and recommend because they are sourced organically from the highest quality wild plants. The only exception is necessary products they don’t produce.

Conclusion

The list of healthy foods is long. There are some foods that are better than others and should be eaten almost every day. Nevertheless, the best way to get all your nutrients is to eat a wide variety of foods throughout the year.
